HELP - Turn weapon into wearable object

I got a 'Xena: warrior princess armor' but the cosplay is missing the chakram she wears on her hips likr in this image:

I found a chakram weapon that I would like to convert into a wearable object so I can have it displayed on the hips.

 

Could someone make the conversion for me please?
