PC and NPC T-Pose when combat animations play, Any Combat replacement?

Its as the title says, both my PC and all NPCS start T-Posing when any combat animation plays out.

Im still using the old SkySA (because the new skySA replaces animations that i dont want it to replace)

SkySA used to work just fine just a few weeks ago, changed nothing and it suddenly broke and its almost unusable now, but i want to try my last shot asking here.


Any ideas? i tried everything already


Pd: Yes, i do use nemesis + FNIS (you can use both, despise what some say)
Yes, i also use SkySA bug fix 
Yes, i already asked in SkySA discord, no answers since yesterday.
Found nothing on google either, at least nothing that worked out.

I dont necessarily NEED a fix for SkySA a replacement would also work but i cant find anything as good as SkySA

but I'm not sure, if you say skysa is bugged suddenly out of nowhere maybe a clean skysa install and refresh the save?
