Scaling actors through papyrus

Hi I have a few questions! I'm creating a few animations in Blender. My first question is regarding scaling in Blender, is there a way to have the actors automatically scale to whatever they're set as in blender? (so say for example actor 1 is set at 1.08 in blender - this doesnt seem to translate to the .hkx file as the actor keeps their normal scaling when the animation plays, is there a way to export this?) the second question is, if the answer to the first question is no, then how do I set an exact height for each actor so that my animation lines up? I've tried using SetScale() in a script but every race is different so I'm not sure how to have it be like, an exact height. I tried GetHeight() and then SetHeight() as well but I'm not great at maths and it didn't seem to do anything at all. Thanks in advance!

the problem with scale in skyrim is that there are 3 of them: race height, actor height, and the in world object placement scale.

i mostly animate at 1.00 and try to let the "even actor heights" setting handle it.

there is also the problem of the female's hands getting scaled down in game.
