Scholong of skyrim : skse save data does not match with skse co-save

I recently got new ssd since my old hdd died. I did not manage to recover save file from c:/documents folder also downloaded skse from steam.

Reinstalled skyrim and moved mod organizer including mods to ssd. Now when I fire up Skyrim it works fine loads up previous save but then gives this error "

SOS cannot find 2 scholong addon(s)

the save game data does not match the data from skse co-save"

I have checked in MO 2 and there are no missing eps. Anyone knows a fix for this ?
