Crash Upon Initiating Sex and or masturbation.

So I've searched through almost the entirety of the technical support topics for this mod and I've yet to find anything that can help me.

I believe it may be a load order issue but I'm not entirely sure. Because i can make the NPCs masturbate with the spell, yet when i go to do a sex act, ether masturbation or outright sex the game crashes.

I believe i may have fixed it, Oblivion Reloaded of all things was causing issues, I got it sorted out i believe.
