Ridiculous Oversized Werewolf Schlong

So I decided to fiddle with HoCS and such mods recently, and now I am puzzled by this issue I'm running into.

My werewolf went from being a normal lycan chewing on people when no one is looking to suddenly having a canine schlong almost bigger than he is (that is not an exaggeration, btw).

I legit have no idea what caused this issue, and could use the help.

 

Also, before I could even finish this post, I ran into a new bug. When I transform into werewolf form, right when it applies and the character is supposed to roar, the game crashes to desktop.

 

There are two spoilers, the first is my mod list in order of priority, the second is the plugin list and how Loot arranged it.

This is all on SSE 1.6+ (which counts as AE in some cases)

I would include screenshots, but that aforementioned CTD is now happening, so I can't even do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

both of theses mods have there own werewolf skeletons in them, and the sse version of asos is known to have problems (but mostly with it's frostspiders).

that one has instructions that you need to follow exactly.....and this may also have a skeleton in it, i can't remember.

that should NOT be in your mod manager at all

the crash is probably from the skeleton getting used mixed with all the meshes that are trying to get applied to it at the same time.

you need to disable mnc/hcos werewolves in cf when using sos/hdt based werewolf mods.

Thank you for the advice. Rearranging the mods per your advice did get me to stop the crashes. I'm still trying to figure out this song and dance between ASOS and MNC and CF.

 

The schlong is still an issue, and it's starting to confuse me. In one of the attempts, it loaded as invisible, and then in a normal size. In another, it was still ludicrously massive. I'm guessing for that one "normal" animation it loaded the NPC size setting (-75%), but it didn't for the other one.

Since I'm having the same problem, I'd bet for this: Schlong shows that the penis size for your own character is set in RaceMenu. Mods for animals probably cannot differentiate between a normal werewolf and you as werewolf, they just assign a size for all of them; so, if you have a big size as human set up in RaceMenu, it turns massively big when turned into werewolf. 

 

It's my intuition, but no idea about how to solve it.
