Perk/Spell Removal

Quick question regarding a magazine perk removal.

 

I picked up the Wasteland Survivor #9 which gives an annoying increase of meat (I play with reduced stimpaks so don't want increased substitutes)

 

If I remove the perks (player.removeperk 135f08) do I also need to remove it's spell effect as well (player.removespell 185cd8) or does removing the perk automatically remove the spell as well.

 

I thought I'd ask as (from memory) in Skyrim it was the spell that needed removing but FO4 may be a bit different

In case anyone is vaguely interested in this, I did some testing.

 

Removing the perk removes it from the pipboy but the effect remains. Removing the spell seems to do nothing; I spawned a number of mongrels and still kept getting double meat.

 

Not sure where to look now and not worth the time in any case. I'll just sell off the excess meat (or leave it) it's not worth creating a mod just to nerf the perk
