daymoyl / defeat : keep "re-dying" even tho I have healed up

This just started happening, I didnt think I changed anything, does anyone know what might be causing it

 

I get knocked down, on the floor with the red bar, but my follower buddies keep the enemies off so I get up.

 

After that every few seconds my health bar shrinks to nothing, I fall over again, recover again, rinse repeat. No matter how much healing I take it still does it. ( Using daymoyl utilities stops it but now my character can't go into attack mode. )
