I've always wondered if there was any mod here that "messed" with the diary stats that comes integrated with Sexlab during events like, your stance on jail with 

SexLab Jail Rape or while you're passed out during the many slavery mods that are out there, mainly because it's weird that nobody does anything to your character while she/he is unconscious, or it simply doesn't register it

Sexlab Shrines adjust your lewdness, purity from the Sexlab diary, and Arousal from Sexlab Aroused (any) whenever you interact with a shrine, limited to once per day. You can also adjust how the three stats are adjusted in a notepad doc.

 

As for mods that adjust the sex skill values, i havent personally come over any, although i agree that quests / situations that deals with story transition d uring fade-to-black and passing of time should potentially adjust values depending on their context. Again though, i havent come over many mods that do these things through storytelling and fade-to-black rather than just having NPCs gangrape the character for x ammounts of time. That said, the latter gets very boring over time, so i agree that there's definitely room for "off-camera"  story progression and connected stat adjustments, and wouldn't mind mixed storytelling with a smatter of direct scenes as well as fade-to-black storytelling.
