Hands aren't touching other Sims while doing hand job and oral job

On certain actions, my Sims hands will not be touching the other Sims. For exemple, when doing a oral job, the hand hovers over the head instead of touching. This is only for my main Sim. Trying to fix it without deleted and redoing my Sims, is there a way to fix this?

Are you using Height Sliders?

If so, there's a setting in the Wicked Settings that makes it so Sims scale up/down during sex so the animations aren't misaligned.

I do believe however that the latest game update broke some of them, but I've never used them, so I'm not 100% sure.
