Is HDT just plain unviable?

Gameplayer, you and Tlam are nothing short of awesome.  I was totally about to give up before coming to Loverslab for help.  Thank you so much.  This issue has been driving me crazy. 

 

I've capped framerate through NVIDIA at 90 and added https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15946?tab=files

 

I'll keep Afterburner on and keep monitoring.  I'll report back in a day or two.

Game is running awesome now.  In addition to the physics improvements it is just way more stable overall.
