Xbox One Mod List from Hell

Hey, you!  You're finally awake.  I need your help with this mod list, I'm open to any suggestions to add or remove mods, but I mainly need help with the load order.  If you can help me even with a few basic changes, I can update the list below (Marked as the 2nd spoiler on this post) and slowly make the necessary adjustments to finally get this thing to a working, (Completed) status.  We can work together to solve it, if you're willing to, and the information left here will help others with a comprehensive mod list of their own!

 

Boring details below - Just further explanation of what I've been doing to fix the list and where I am with it now.

    I have a whole list of mods I've added, I tried to make sure there weren't conflicting mods but I'm sure I've messed up somewhere.  I tried organizing them all about 6 months ago and never could get the textures and such to work, or the game would crash entirely when trying to select a female character.  Here's the list of mods, not necessarily in correct order because I just reinstalled the game and re-downloaded the mods, so I no longer have the previous order.  But maybe someone here would be kind enough to order these mods for me, I've tried for a number of weeks but never had success.

    If you can suggest a better load order, or if I'm missing required mods, or if you think I should remove/add any mods, let me know your thoughts.  I have a limit of 150 mods on the Xbox One, I do have an external hard drive if there is anything I can do with that to make this process easier.  I understand a bit about load order in general and I've gotten it close to working but have never fully got it all working with NPC physics and everything.  I finally just gave up when I loaded up Skyrim only to find it removed all of my mods and after re-downloading them all, I no longer know the load order.  Please offer any suggestions you are willing to, I will be a sponge for your opinions and information.  Thank you!

Final remarks: Some explanation of potential ways we can use this list to help more people than just myself, because we all need help at times.

    If this works well and people actually help contribute, when the list is finally marked (Complete), we can discuss more Mod List ideas to help others know which mods to get and what order to use, so they don't have to go through the trouble like we all have experienced.  For instance, we could make a version of this same list that is more PG rated, or perhaps a list for other major game changes, etc.  Each one is called a "Mod List Pack", and it allows anyone to easily find a simple starting point for their own game, to get into the action sooner and out of the load order screen.  But this doesn't work without your help, as I am hoping other people will be able to help me solve my list little by little.
