Prevent SL Defeat kidnapped NPCs from despawning?

SL Defeat has a lightweight kidnapping feature. Tie up an NPC, carry them in a sack, place them on the ground.

I haven't actually tested if they do despawn after a while but I think they will if not on their own then they will disappear when the location they are kept in refreshes.

Also is it possible to keep a specific cell location not refresh and remove npcs like the abandoned shack in morthal's swamps?

Fun fact, the actual npc, when bagged, is teleported to a unique cell added by SL defeat, so if the bag despawns due to the cell refreshing, you could teleport to the cell to simply rebag the npc again.

I would tell you the console command for it, but I'm not at my computer at the moment.

Actually I don't really keep the in the bag for long I just bag them take them to a location like the abandoned shack I mentioned release them and then set their tie up duration to permanent.

I actually got around to trying it out, I left a permanently tied up bandit inside the shack, went to breezehome and slept for 48 in-game hours, fast travelled to solitude waited another 24 hours, went back inside the shack and the bandit is still there, I have a 72 hour respawn mod and it seems to work in respawning cleared areas so I assume SL Defeat's permanent tie up option keeps them from despawning. But this is just some very light testing I left the bandit inside while I play around I'll check on her after a while if she is still there.
