Easily create new pose icons, hopefully in bulk?

Any way to automagically create new pose icons depicting the actual pose, in bulk mode? akin to optimize-icons; many are grey or bad or don't depict accurately the actual pose and loading them up in PoseEdit and resaving is out of the question for having so many.
