naturism still enabled even tho I turned it off in WW settings

I turned off naturism and exhibitionism in my WW settings, but I keep getting notifications regarding naturism or exhibitionsim and its affecting my game. is this a bug that needs to be fixed by WW or is this me?

Try deleting your localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 folder. Sometimes settings get 'stuck' for some reason and deleting that cache usually helps.

I tried that multiple times like you suggested the first time and it didn't change anything sadly. not sure what's going on here im wondering if anyone else is seeing this
