I'll leave this thread open. This is an experiment, if the next response isn't someone offering a conversion, this thread gets locked. Cheers.

Until there is a better place for it, the WCIF/WMIT threads are your best chance for someone taking you up on your request. There are some threads in the download section where mod authors offer BBP/TBBP conversions, like b3lisario's thread here. There are some others as well. Thread closed.
