I couldn't find any sort of mod like this for prison architect so I made one myself.

 

This makes normal bodied prisoners nude when nude, and the appearance of a skin tight suit when not nude. It also affects male prisoners, so unless you want the males to have breasts only use it with a female prison. I'm not a professional pixel artist so it's just rudimentary and could use more tweaking but I wanted to upload it now that it's good enough. Feel free to edit it and make it better if you want.

 

The uniforms are colored by the game and there's no way to change that without decompiling and editing the games code as far as I know since modding is very limited in this game.

 

For the body types I went with:

 

Flat/Thin

Busty/Muscular

Thicc

Fat

 

To install:

 

Put the extracted folder in "%AppData%\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods"

 

Then enable it in the mods menu under extra in game.

from what i can tell from vanilla files vanilla special_entities.png seem to be more feminine (or more graphic/anatomically detailed) but the vanilla file people.png seem to be either more masculine (or less graphic/anatomically detailed)

yes i was right found this mod Chanfana's Bodies for Prison Architect only affecting males

many of the skins are missing heads, also i cant tell if their is any differance in the uniform.
