Any and all 2 headed/sided double dildo toys and poses

There doesn't seem to be many realistic double headed dildos for TK17.  In particular realistic looking ones like that one the game uses, wiggle on there own. 

 

Speaking of which.  Is there any way to get that stock double dildo for use anywhere?

 

Also don't seem to be many poses for double dildos.
