Awkward conversations between polyamorous couple.

So, I should explain my 'issue'.

 

I'm using the Wicked Whims mod and I'm playing with a household composed of one male and two female Sims, who are in a polyamorous relationship (I made the male ask each female to be his girlfriend, and made one female ask the other one to be girlfriends as well).

 

Now the thing is, that when the three of them are in the same place having a conversation that becomes 'Casual' or 'Pleasant', and then they start performing romantic interactiions with another one of the trio (or with all members of it), the conversation soon changes to 'Awkward', and can indeed end up changing to 'Very Awkward'.

 

To be clear, I changed the mod's settings to remove jealously, gave each of these Sims the 'Polyamorous' attribute, and checked the "Open Relationships Switch".

 

Is there a way for this trio to not have Awkward Conversations when doing romantic interactions with each other?

This is a Vanilla game mechanic that is unavoidable. I've seen it happen many times when a group of friends are together and a married couple flirt with each other. 

You can also enable polygamy and turn off jealousy with MCCC and it still won't make a difference because mods are required to enable that kind of gameplay.

Even though there's no jealousy, the game still thinks these conversations are awkward regardless. Kind of stupid when a married couple kiss each other in front of their friends but with EA, it is what it is.

On the bright side, as long as jealousy is turned off, awkward conversations aren't really awkward. It's only a label.
