Found a pretty sweet Shingeki no Kyojin mod http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-3915991-1-1.html .But for the life of me can't figure out/find the password to extract it. Is there even a password publicly available?

Nope, I very doubt the password is available. The Chinese don't like the west downloading their mods but they are always the first there to steal ours.

That's pretty damn douchy :/! I'm pretty sure they have to be using Sexlab and its plugins.
