Children dark face bug

Hello.
As i mentioned in the title i have bug with dark face only on children. Weirdest part of it is that some of them have this bug, but some have normal face textures. Anyone knows what might be causing it?

Interesting that it happens only to the kids.    I do not use Raider children, but do they look like the kids in DC only?    Dark face comes from an error applying usually hi res map to a low res face esp when using Hipolyfaces.    You may need a patch to either downgrade the hi res faces of the kids (see discussion here, as there is a newer "dark face fix" on nexus: (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21907/ ) or get a hi res version of raider children.  

 

Does this happen all the time?    The standard fix is to reload until the dark face clears, but that is when it is loading on the PC.   I keep at least one back up save a few minutes back just in case.
