BT3 Missing Erect Penis?

This is probably the sixth time doing a full Fallout 4 set up with AAF so I sort of know what I'm doing by now, but I'm having issues trying to use BT3. I don't know if the latest version is incompatible with AAF or something without a patch?

I've followed the instructions to the best of my ability with the install guide, I've made sure to set the Bodyslide erection to 0% and I've batch built the body, but I'm still running into a problem where the erect penis simply has no mesh at all. He resembles an Action Man, no tackle at all erect or not.
 

It is unlikely to be a mod incompatibility as I've uninstalled everything that isn't completely necessary to AAF. I'm a bit confused as to what's causing it. Anyone else have any ideas?

You actually don't need to build the male body at all for either BT3 or Atomic Muscle.  Just install Bodytalk3 + Looksmenu 1.6.18 and make sure you didn't pick nevernude.
