WCIF a simple, starter strip club?

1. Not made with move objects off, so sims won't get stuck in odd places. Less glitching is better than "oh wow!!" looks.
2. Since you're limited to 6 dancers and 1 has to manage the bar, some have to mingle with customers and some are giving lap dances, a club with 6 poles is not needed or wanted. Same with 6 lap dance chairs.
3. Custom content e.g. signs and stuff are great. Just not behind a pay wall or hosted on a website that makes the virus scanner go Def Con 1 reporting "attacks". Lover's Lab hosted content preferred.  
4. I don't want a strip club that is jammed full of content like most of the houses on the gallery or the Guidrey house that came with that one pack, where you look to add one little thing and there is no place to put it.
5. Sim only has §1 million and would prefer not to invest it all in a Strip club that is likely to be a money loser.

I am a terrible builder. I have no sense of aesthetic. I can't even decide on a front door for the place.
