when you launch the game, does SexLab Aroused appear in the MCM menus? it could also be a version that is NOT compatible with your game

No, Skyrim VR is simply not started as long as the Mod is activated.

I found the problem with not starting. There was an old bsa in the data folder. I deleted it and now the game is starting but still not showing up in MCM.

shame the idle animations don't apply to the player...
