[SOLVED] Skyrim SE to Skyrim LE follower conversion

As the title suggests, I converted a follower   Misalo variations Hi Poly Standalone followers CBBE 3BA Nemesislolpost . 

I followed Harvald's guide shown here  SE to LE backporting - Requests Taken Inside!

 

The problem is that the faqendata are not read
both for meshes and textures. The face remains standard , it should be blue

 

yes, i installed all requirements 

 

How can i solve ?
