Do you use CC skintones?

If so, that might be why - test your Sim with a default skintone to check.

Check if you have [BB][male]BottomSoftCAS.package installed installed in your mods directory and remove it, for me it was causing the glitch.

I has the same issue...I deleted it and now men in cas have no penis at all ...

I'm having the same problem. Almost looks like its burnt. And I have it set to no pubic hair. It used to be fine before but two days ago that's when it started being looking burnt-ish.
