CBBE 3BA (CBPC) body chip with bodyslider armour. Why?

Hi all,

I use CBBE 3BA (CBPC) body.

When i convert an armour using bodyslider, part of the armour, like the pants or leggings always chip with the body.

The chipping goes away when the body armour is equipped.

I use to play LE and this was never an issue. I could convert all the pieces and wear whatever i like without the main body armour.

Why is this happening? I guess its because the 3BA CBPC has too much bounces and the armour doesnt?

How can I fix this?

Are there 3BA CBPC armours that has boots/leggings not chipping with the body?

I use CBBE 3BA as well. I have been told you can clean that up in Outfit Studio in BodySlide. I haven't figured out how to do that... yet. I suggest trying to find someone who knows A LOT about BodySlide and Outfit Studio, maybe the author. It is not an easy task to get done. It takes a better man than me, Gunga Din. LOL!

ahhh i see.

Also i think alot of the clothes are SMP and it will chip if we use 3BA right?

Well, I'm using Ghaan's Clothing Replacer right now and I have in my archive a DX outfit. They are SMP. So far, they look great, I am also running a capes and cloaks mod with SMP and that looks and swings REALLY nice. So... I don't think all of them will chip, I was very selective with mods in my build. It has taken me a year and a half to get it right. Or at least damn close to it. 527 mods and going strong, over 300 saves in my current play-thru and LOTS of sex!
