Skyrim LE was there ever a fix made for inventory screen crash?

Even in vanilla skyrim LE with no mods if you use the trade inventory screen too many times or play the game for too long it will freeze the game or CTD was there ever a fix made for this? I have all kinds of fixes for crashing installed from over the years and try to stay up to date but this one bug is always a problem for LE.

have you tried installing this mod? I have been using it forever and it has never given me any problems

Obviously a new game will have to be started to see its effects
