Far Harbour - Acadia Total Overhaul and Clean Up

Even Synths, yea even an Android Robot would like to live in a Clean Area and not between Trash, Oil Barrels and Waste. And why shouldn´t the Synth of Acadia under Dima´s Leadership, have the same technologies as the Guys from the Institute, anyway they Acadia Synth´s fleed from the Institute.

So i think this fit´s Acadia much more than a dirty Waste and Trash Heap!!!

Oh!!! this is awesome!!! I always think about this. Ok it's a post nuclear war life now, but why people live in middle of trash like a ghetto?? Riders ok, because they are a bunch of junkie heads. But Synths? Good People? Keep your work, because this is a MUST!

TYSM    But this is not all, I cleaned Far Harbour itself, so the Main Harbour, where you arrive, i rebuilded the broken Houses there, i gave little Berta and her Brother a new Roof and Walls so they live more, let´s say Humanly and not like in the worst Sh.... fu.....ing Ghetto or Slums.

WHY CLEAN ALL? In 2 0 0 YEARS i think, everyone of us would clean up all Trash, so he/she lives like a Human Being and not like a Ghetto Homeless. I would want to live in a Clean Area and not between Rats, Bacteria and Sickness with Mud and Trash! We r not in the Medi Eval, they lived like that! Thats why they had the Black DEATHJ!

And Seriously? Cleaning up your Place at Home doe not hurt!

Also i cleaned the Roads from all fallen Stones/Rocks, so you can better pass trough, cause i hate it, to Jump each 2nd Yard and if i want a Jump n Run Game, lool, than i play Super Mario or something else, but not FO4! 

Next is Edge Cliff Hotel repaired, with a Player Room, the Vault in the Hotel by the Robots will be clean, all Settlements will be cleaned from useless Nonsens ad Trash, Cars, Trucks or Tractors, Radiation in Settlements will be PAST, i remove it, cause it sucks and honest. No Settler would want to like be under constantly Radation!

So it will be a total Far Harbour Overhaul, the Nucleus itself gets also a Boost, Cleaner Beds etc.

Why, well my Favourite Honey there is Sister MAI, i like her much, she is the nicest of all and very cute and i say, she deserves better than live between a fu....in MESS and WASTE!

Shores and Beaches will be cleaned of Radiated Slime and Mud, the Ocean and Lakes will be clean, No Nuclear Slime!

And here we goooooooo, that will be the Player´s Suite in Acadia, if you choose to stay or to say to Dima "Yea i am a Synth" 

You got all inside Workbench Power Armor, Workbench Weapons, Chemistry Station, Your own Bed, na dont worry, no other will Sleep in it hehe.

and two Lockers filled with Goodies like Scrap to boost your Guns or your Armor. The Lights will be Fluorescent Ceiling Neon Lamps instead of those ugly Subway Lamps.

Now i changed the 2nd Floor, where Chase runs around and the Bar is a bit, so all fits ala Institute, cause why not, why should the Synths not have the same Technology, DIMA is sure no Idiot and has lot of Experience and enough Know How.

Changed the Synths Look so they are not like a fucked up Bum´s or Slum Guys!

Gave them Clean fresh Clothes

Changed  Djen´s Counter into a Real Bar with all around, Drinks on Shelf Espresso Machine Barstools, new Counter etc.

Couches now around the Railing in the Middle

All Synths have now Double Bed´s

Okay, so how to say,  i worked on the Mod now 28 Hours, cause i forgot to clean up Acadia outside and what you get extra is a FLAT Visitor Center!!!! Navmesh new Laid out and corrected!!! The House is total repaired and also new Painted

If it were up to Bethesda, we shall build 3-.4 Turrets and that was it, Serious? Boooooooring!!! And try to build ona Terrain that goes up n down like a Rollercoaster some Walls, ha  ha   ha, impossible and it looks idiotic.

You can now build behind the House by the Visitor Center too, the Mountain is, let´s say Pushed aside 

Also the Mess at Far Harbour is gone, once and for all! The Docks are so clean, you could eat from the Ground now!

And so, i´m sorry, but i will publish the Mod one Day later, so around Sunday! PROMISED!

This mod makes total sense.
Far Harbor citizens are pretty skittish with "mainlanders", so that means Far Harbor is a Great place, full of gems and qualities that mainlanders will contaminate and all. But when we start walking around the island, we only see garbage, ruins and rubbish.
Not now, we now have an island that really generates pride for its citizens, a real reason to avoid contamination from the mainlanders. Congratulations!!! Downloading to test after work!

*Dalton Farm Now Flat and Clean

*Cliff Edge Hotel Repaired and Clean out and inside with all Stairs repaired

*Nucleus WATER PUMP WORKS AGAIN, IS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Nucleus is Clean, BUT Inside the SUBMARINE CLEANING IS BAD, cause you would get ugly LIGHTS FROM THE VOID, so sorry this is a Precombined Thing and better we dont touch it!!!!

*All Lakes, Seas and Ocean Cleaned from Nuclear Mud, from Algaes, from the Barnacle ewww , from Dirt, Papers etc.

*Under Horizone Flight 1207 is now a Huge Waterfall Scenery for those who want to take maybe sexy Photos of their Warrior Girl by Shower  hehe, So its under the Cockpit from the Airoplane down in the Rocks! Its Navmeshed too!

On All Settlements Radioation is KILLED, so you dont need to worry, you get Radiated!!!

So only 1 Day more and the NEW UPDATE WILL BE OUT and like i promised with a Players Suite inside the Vault Hotel, cause i say so, why carrying around Tons of Stuff, when you can stow it in one of your Rooms/Homes!

Finaly the Cliff Edhe Hotel is Renovated, Repaired and new Navmeshed, Spiral Stairs inside all Repaired and WALKABLE!

Many Doors again usable!

The Bar has now useable Barstools and Drinks to Loot!

The Dome has now a Ceiling inside the Top Floor and some of the Chairs are useable for maybe Photographers for Scenes!

Where once the Tent was and the Spiral Staircase was broken down is now a Stage with Dancepoles, i thought some will want to make maybe sexy Photos on a Pole.  hehehe

The only Platform i cant repair is on the Top Level under the Roof, it would need to be REMESHED and since i am not a Pro in Meshing, i had to leave it as she was, sorry.

So a bit Patience please, in about 3 Hours the UPDATE is OUT! Promised!

Thx Cosworth but it get´s even better, have a Look on that, The Lounge with Striptease Poles, sorry i am not the Deep Programmer so they are only as a Sort of Photography Backdrop for Bloggers

So all Chairs are useable now, the Bar is filled with all Sort of Cocktails, Nuka Colas all Sorts ice cold etc.

Lights  are made more Erotic Lounge like, all other Walllights are changed to new Light Fixture, the silver ones from the Institute.

Also the Dome Ceiling i repaired as good as i could, and no in the Creation Kit is no repaired or New Dome Roof, Bethesda wanted all Chaotic, Oh my God, enough of that Mega Trash and Ruins State or USA in Ruins!

Aaaaaand another NEW LOCATION comes for you all, THE PIRATE CRYSTAL CAVE  as you can see on the Photo, this is a full WALKABLE Cave, not like those from Bethesda with Scene get´s dark and you have to wait for Loading, no, no, no, it´s total builded from Large Rocks and Large Cliffs, inside will be like a Mystic spooky huge Room.
