Mod similar to Human Resources (F4)

I'm looking for a mod similar to HR in F4, I've just recently re-enter Skyrim's modding so I wouldn't know if such a mod exist. Any help would be appreciated.

I've not used Human Resources before but from a quick skim of its page, I'd say that Paradise Halls is the closest match.
