Double layered face

Can someone tell me why I'm getting what looks like a doubled layered face during animations?  Even when I go to racemenu and change hair it appears as if the prior picked hair never goes away too.

That said, it looks like the classic HDT bug. Typically, you just need to access racemenu and, without making any changes, exit to fix the bug.
In the case of equipped hairstyles, it should be sufficient to take them off and on again.
Some types of eyes (Eye of Aber) have a tendency to interfere with HDT
