'Animal Extermination' or 'Lifeless Riften'

Hey there.

Ever since I've agreed to help out Svana Far-Shield in the name of the Companions almost all the citiziens of Rifton stand in front of Mistveil Keep and do nothing. No matter If its day or night. I actually don't know if this intended and part of the Animal Extinction Quest I am supposed to do or not. But that brings me to my second problem. I have to kill a beast in Svanas house but she doesn't even have one. And Healgas Bunkhouse where she lives, is empty. There is no one and nothing. No monster to kill. I searched in all the other houses of rifton as well but I cant find a monster.

Its not a huge problem but Rifton looks so empty now when no on walks around except for mjoll and aerin.
Any help would be appreciated.

From the wiki it apparently should be in Haelga's bunkhouse. You may have to try loading a previous save or console that particular quest as complete.
