donnerwetter Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 ENB is probably exacerbating whatever it is, but I wonder if it's a normal map, specular map or maybe some kind of shader issue with the eye nifs.
Dorabella Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 Assuming you know which eyes they are, have you tried replacing the Cubemaps? PS: As they say in my country: beautiful chick ?

PS: As they say in my country: beautiful chick ? After doing a bit of testing in Outfit Studio, I would wager the trouble stems from Bethesda's incredibly smart decision to combine the eyelashes and eyeballs into one mesh, which means that if you make the eyeballs shiny (which makes sense since they're wet and fleshy and all), the eyelashes also become shiny. I'm going to try separating the eyelashes into a separate meshshape and see what that does. Because it hasn't been done before I presume it will not work. Also, thanks! Been having fun adding custom lip textures to my characters lately

I think this mod does that, but isn't compatible out of the box with current eye texture mods https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59099?tab=files EDIT: it's buggy with HPH too, but maybe you can get ideas from it

The eye normal map that comes with Fair Skin Complexion also adds normal mapping to the eyelashes. I replaced it with this and the problem seems to have gone away, at least as far as I can tell in OS. I might've stumbled into another modding rabbithole because of your link though ?
