How to install?

First of all, make sure " Enable Custom Content and Mods" option is turned on in your game. After activating this settings, you need to restart the game. Before restarting the game, download some of the Sims I shared. (Screenshot 1)

After downloading a Sim, extract the Sim's files from the rar. You will get the following folders; Mods,Tray.

Put the files in the "Mods" folder in > Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Put the files in the "Tray" folder in > Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray 

After doing all this, when you open the game, click on the gallery icon in the upper right and check the "include custom content" box. This is how you can see your downloaded Sims. (Screenshot 2)

I was so confused why your thread is gone. All my worlds are filled with the Xo family and their relatives. I appreciate you releasing your custom sims for free. I understand you put a lot of time and effort into your Sims and it definitely shows, each release is unique and appealing to me. I bet it's very demotivating and disheartening to have your work and efforts removed. It's very exciting to what brilliant sim you release each day, and I hope the removal of your thread doesn't discourage you from making more.

Yes, it is a very sad situation, but creating Sims is an indispensable passion for me. So don't worry, I will share more beautiful Sims over time. Thank you very much for your support. It's very important to me. ❤️

I looked around a bit more and found the explanation on your patreon page. Again, I'm sorry that such a thing occurred. Including paywalled content is so easy to do when creating Sims. From the creator's side, all we're doing it dressing a doll that we've created. It's super easy to accidentally include content that was not supposed to be used on a free site. It's a bummer (sad face).

 

I have been so inspired by your work and by your kindness in our interactions. I started my game over completely (all saves deleted, all mods deleted, all tray items deleted) and am going to use only my own creations moving forward with the intent to start uploading my creations in the same way you and so many others do. You have been my primary inspiration for doing this.

 

I wish you well in rebuilding your mighty empire, stronger and better than before because, like all artists, you get better with each creation. I wish you well in the process.

Thank you so much for your care and your time. Your presence feels good. Sometimes, a fresh start is good. As you do and as I should.
