How to Make an Alias for a Faction. (NPC Comments on Follower Apperance Mod)

So, I am having trouble starting a scene. Basically I'm trying to make other NPC say derogatory things to my followers based on the faction there in (for example slax_enormousbreasts) and I don't know how to properly create an alias for them so that it triggers a scene. The scene is triggered through misc idle dialogue. I'm not sure if there is anyway to do this or if I need a script?

Isn't that for NPC to PC? "Follower" is NPC, so Im not sure if it triggers.

 

For NPC vs NPC, a good example are quests like DialogueRiverwoodSceneSigridEmbry. Theres tons of those in Skyrim.

I uploaded the wrong picture... I'm basically trying to make it apply to all npc's within a faction. For example in Sexlab Aroused Baka Edition I added the faction SLAX_BoobsEnormous to my follower, but I can't get the faction alias to trigger the scene... I also want it to effect all npc within that faction.
