[Request] Elden Ring Ranni Arms for Skyrim

Put simply, I want to make Ranni from Elden Ring but in Skyrim. I need an extra set of arms, even if they are completely stationary. Clothing and hair style is not necessary, but appreciated if someone wants to go the extra mile. As soon as my new computer is set up for skyrim I intend to make her eye tattoo myself (which I will make available as well as other Elden Ring based Tattoos.)

 

Mostly I just need the arms which i do not know how to do myself. Clothing and hair style is extra stuff, but I can get by with the clothing and hair styles I already have installed.
