Issues with CTD on overworld

I've been having issues with CTDs when I'm in the main overworld.  The game will be fine when I'm in an enclosed area like the Railroad HQ or the Institute, but moving about for a few moments in any direction in the Overworld will cause a CTD.  I'll attach my papyrus log to this, assuming that helps in diagnosing the problem.

Buffout 4 log would be the one to use to diagnose a CTD.  I put some info in here about how to scan crash logs, and where to go for installation help.  See if this gets you any closer.  I should really flesh this out into a blog post or something.

Thank you for the help! This advice worked out for me (or I just got lucky and the game decided not to crash on me) and I was finally able to access the Nuka-World area (which I've been enjoying so far).
