How do I install since this is a .rar file instead of .pak

unpack the .rar into your mod folder and you should get a single folder containing the mods files.

make sure the file path is "mods/sexbound/*files*" and not "mods/sexbound/sexbound/*files*"

Unpack the .rar so that your file path looks like Starbound/mods/<mod>/metadata
That metadata being the first file you see is extremely important.
