Skyrim Home Bug.

Hey everyone. This is a bug I know for sure people have had in the past since it has happens to my brother and his fiancee. If this issue has been addressed and solved I apologize if this is old news.

 

The issue occurs whenever I purchase a home regardless of the location. When I decorate my home some random portions do not get decorated. The steward even takes the money sometimes but the area is not decorated. This can grow increasingly frustrating especially when you purchase a expensive home. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction on how to fix this? Appreciate it very much.

It is most likely a mod conflict. Mods which modify homes or the stewards can cause this effect to happen.

 

Please provide a load order and then we can most likely help you further.

Working on it right now. Apologies trying to figure out how to get the load order. Kind of new to the modding community. I found some tutorial videos but given my current internet usage/limitations (I use my cellphone as a internet spike because of my location) they are too large for me to watch.
