HELP! How to get right weight data of  Body?

i want to make a mod for Hercules (R).

 

 

in blender ,first i only use body transfer Weight,result has mistake

 

 

then i use "Ctrl+J" to join body and suit,then transfer Weight data,but i failed again. 

 

How can i get the right weight? Need help!!!!
