CTD on exiting interior because of the same graphics card repeated twice?

Recommended Posts

Hello My Games Launcher are acting a bit weird as of late. Whether I run Skyrim or Fallout New Vegas I see my Graphic's card "AMD Radeon HD 7650D" in the options is listed twice I though when the crashes started it was a conflict of mods that I added, but searching though them with TESEdit but nothing seems to be conflict. I even uninstalled every mod I added to the load that existed before and loaded the save before the mods and it still crashed (note these mods were acting perfectly fine before these crashes)

Nature of the CTD

-Most recent save loads perfectly fine in the basement of the Bathing Beauties mod when ever I exit the room via the two ladders or the bride I load a bit then CTD

-loading a previous save in the Skyrim over world loads then CTD.

-New game loads then CTD

Sorry I couldn't put the load order, but I'm trying to reinstall the game itself, but again I thing it has something to do with the Graphics card being listed twice. This has happened before but I forgot how I fixed it back then and I can't find how I did it before. I'll try to put the load order when its installed again.

When I run Fallout it shows the graphics card twice as well but runs the same, Skyrim loads the save but upon leaving the cell it crashes.

Again sorry for the lack of load order, if no one can figure out from what I post ill post the load order when the game reinstalls (Hawaii steam loading sucks)

I dont know if your card is using crossfire like the 5970 does.

If it does, your grafics card is actually 2 grafics cards put together.

You can see this if in the windows devices, you have two cards and not one..

Anyway, I recently found that with crossfire, you better use CCC (AMD Catalyst Controll Center) 13.4 and NOT 13.6 that is the latest.

13.6 is a Beta and still has a loooot of problems. At least for me, reverting to 13.4 from 13.6 made things much better.

Hope I've helped
