How can I move my Skyrim and Vortex to a new hard drive with mods intact ?

So I have got a new pc and want to  start working on that. I could just put my old hard drive in the new machine but its getting a bit old so I would like to use the new one .  I have been trying to get my skyrim game with mods set up on the new hard drive.  By downloading and installing them on the new machine but I just cant get it setup and working smoothly (thanks anniversary update).

Anyway I could just copy my Skyrim folder with all the mods onto  the new hard drive but that dose not help with the other part of my problem Vortex .  If i just copy the Skyrim folder over. Vortex I think would not recognise that mods where installed. So the mods list would be blank making managing my mods difficult .

Is there away I can copy both my vortex state and my skyrim state over ?

If there is a feature that lets me do this I don't know about it

I'd like to know this too

I do know you can set up profiles in Vortex, but i don't have a profile on it as i never login in and downloaded my mods manually. Because i like to keep the zip files and views its content for edits/conflicts/troubleshooting. I need to figure out how to save everything, but thats a problem for another day.

Im planning to upgrade my ssd and pc aswell, so yeah, i will follow this topic ^^
