Actually the complete 3Dmigoto-Tailor repository is here:

NoelJIGR's one is a frok from my early version,it's very old, it do can work but luck some features in latest version.

As a special note, I have no interest in releasing this mod, and I don't sell mods.

 

But for those who are interested in making mods, I can explain a few things:

1) It is possible to use 3dmigoto to make mods, though it is rumored to be at risk of being banned.

3) The vb files are separated and can be merged and split with this tool: https://github.com/NoelGIJR/3Dmigoto-Tailor
