Does this sim have a penis isn't showing

Sims wont let me add a penis to my futa or a vagina to my male sim, its only asking "does this sim pee standing up". Not sure why please help.

because in the latest WW version, it got changed.

in CAS you can now only choose, if the sims can pee while standing or not.

 

if you want to add genitals, you need to do it in Live Mode in the WW settings

Bonjour, ? pour cela il faut aller dans le CAS puis tu cliques sur les symboles masculin et féminin là tu auras des notification que tu peux valider ou non par exemple pour une femme pour qu'elle est un pénis  tu coche  ou sélectionnes "pénis". ( si j'ai bien compris ton soucis).
