How do I make anime-like male characters?

I'm looking to create a male character like the pictures shown above, what sort of mods do I need? Also I heard that these characters are usually made with ECE, is that necessary or am I fine with using racemenu?

TK pretty face , Bochu race as example, usually they're not looking good with beards. I dont recall the mod name where racemenu female head is used on male body race but it is here on LL and nexus mods.
