Tutorial On How To Make My Own Sims 4 Loading Screens

As the title says. I've looked for tutorials on YouTube, but a lot of YouTubers have no idea how give instruction on how to do something, and ramble and stumble all over the place. So annoying.

I have Jpex Flash Decompiler and Sims 4 Package Editor. I just want to know how to take a 1920 x 1080 .jpeg and make it into a loading screen that comes up when I open the game.

Anyone have links to good tutorials, or maybe outline how to do it? Thanks for any info.

Thanks but I've tried to follow this tutorial numerous times, but I cannot get my results to show as the tutorial does.

Out of curiosity, I tried the tutorial myself. It does work, I managed to make a working loading screen on my first try.

After the third step, I don't get my screen to have the same results.

As they're not numbered in the tutorial, what is this "third step" you're having problems with?
