Unown business

Hello.
 

I'm having a hard time understanding why I can't buy  muhs-redapplenetoffice with my sim.

I put it inside a lot but it always say "Sims can only purchase unowned business or unoccupied residential lots".

How to fix that ?

Only certain lottypes, i.e. stores, can be owned by sims in the vanilla game (if you own Go to Work). With Wicked Whims you can also own stripclubs, and with littlemisssam's More ownable venues you can also own clubs, cafes and bars, but you can never own a Red-Apple Net lot, it just isn't possible.
