Can't compile script because it doesn't recognize SkyUI

Edit 2: It seems to now be stemming from the MCM API in SkyUI. For some reason its acting like SkyUI reference ids aren't valid. I've gotten the SDK and installed those scripts, and I've extracted the bsa for UIExtensions, but still getting the same errors.

 

EDIT: MFG was a good starting point and helped me clarify several other big issues, the major one being Race Menu scripts. Now I think the only issue I have remaining seems to do with SkyUI, but I can only find the 5.1 PCS files, not 5.2

I've copied and pasted about every script I can think to find in the proper folders but even without editing anything, if I go to compile the file this happens. Vanilla scripts compile fine, and some scripts like the ones from Estrus seem to compile fine. Not sure what to make of it. I am very new to all this so EILI5

I'm clearly exhausted and burned out from this week, because it never occurred to me that mfgConsole might be referring to the MFG console...
