Anyone know of a way to modify the needs of visiting NPCS? (Mod/Console Command/Otherwise)

Hello, all!

I'm using some bdsm furniture mods that I'd love to set up on community lots and have passing sims take advantage of - problem being, as far as I've been able to tell, when sims spawn as visitors on a lot they tend to come in with around 75-100% of all of their needs filled. (At least, that's what a forum post I read seemed to indicate.) So they don't take advantage of need-based items in the lot. 

They -can- take advantage of some objects, if they stick around long enough, but a lot of the time they're usually set to leave before the need becomes that intense. 

Does anyone know: Is there a way to adjust their need totals upon spawning, their need decay rate, or even just a console command to set the individual needs of individual sims?

From what I've gathered here, I'm assuming you want to decrease their needs? If you want to fill their needs, you can simply use MCCC to cheat each sim and "make happy". That will fill their needs bars.

 

If you want to decrease their needs then Control Any Sim would be a better option. You can use that mod along with UI Cheats Extension and set each sim's needs to whatever you like. In both cases though, you will have to manipulate each sim's needs individually.
