SSE Creation Kit help needed

Hey guys I am making a new land related to a house mod of mine ,

 

And want it to be reached by Kind of Rowboat fast travel or use the Rowboat as we use a Door in CK,

 

Tried to figure this out and searched around but there is nothing apart from some mods in oldRim  that mention this but no explaining 

at all on how to do it, I understood that we could make a script but than I have no idea on how and where to do it , this should be 

A Must have long ago and give some use to the Rowboats in Skyrim ..

 

Can anyone give me a clue or pinpoint me to a video or tutorial of some kind ??

There is no difference between a door or boat.

Both are activators which port you into another cell.

Sorry man , I know you are trying to help , but for me that sounded like nothing at all, There is a difference in CK , One as the Teleport use that is the doors etc  and another like the Rowboat doesn't have that option , maybe I explained myself badly , but I really need a bit more help than two sentences saying what I already know they are activators , but I want to know how to make the Rowboat activator teleport me like the door does to another cell !

 

Please don't take me wrong but your reply didn't helped at all cause of lack of content explaining what has to be done..

Place the trigger and the static of a boat at same location.

Icewater Jetty has a script attached. Replace mapmarker with your mapmarker (replace the property fill with your destination)

Haaa yes this is what I thought it could be done , And yes the Icewater jety was the one that made me think it was a teleport style traveling ..

I am having problems , for sure I am doing something wrong... Damn this is so hard ..
